A Associação Blue Lotus Lisboa, em colaboração com a Sociedade do Festival Internacional de Cinema de Hong Kong — HKIFFS, apresenta a segunda edição da Mostra de Cinema de Hong Kong: Making Waves — Navigators of Hong Kong Cinema. Este é um programa financiado pela Agência para o Desenvolvimento das Indústrias Culturais e Criativas da Secretaria para a Cultura, Desporto e Turismo do Governo da Região Especial Administrativa de Hong Kong.
É no Cinema Ideal, em Lisboa, que, ao longo de quatro dias, voltamos a celebrar a magnífica cinematografia de Hong Kong, em Portugal.
Com uma seleção de seis longas-metragens de ficção e documentário, são apresentadas diferentes temáticas de carácter universal, sob perspectivas artísticas e estéticas que refletem realidades e imaginários da vida da Região. Vemos uma Hong Kong atual com várias faces, desde a morfologia urbana de ruas movimentadas e recantos sombrios até às paisagens naturais mais deslumbrantes e extensas.
Making Waves encerra com o filme Ah Ying, o clássico restaurado de 1983, do importante realizador da Nova Vaga de Hong Kong, Allen Fong. Uma narrativa que cruza ficção e documentário, inspirada na vida da atriz protagonista Hui So Ying, que estará pessoalmente presente na exibição em Lisboa, acompanhando outro filme, All Shall Be Well, no qual participa, juntamente com Robin Lee, realizador de Four Trails, Oliver Chan, realizadora de Montages of a Modern Motherhood, Rikki Choy, realizadora e Miney Ye, produtora de Never Too Late, e Jojo Shek, editor de Papa.

藍蓮花里斯本協會 (Blue Lotus Lisboa A ssociation)與 香港國際電影節協會（HKIFFS）合作，隆重推出第二屆香港電影展映：光影浪潮 – 香港電影新動力2025。展映活動由香港特別行政區政府文化體育及旅遊局的文創產業發展處資助。
在為期四天的展映活動將於里斯本 Cinema Ideal 電影院舉行，向葡萄牙觀眾呈現香港富有深度的電影創作。本次展映精選六部劇情長片與紀錄片，透過獨特的藝術視角與美學風格，探討具普世性的主題，呈現香港生活的現實與想像。
觀眾將走進一座多面向的當代城市——從繁華街道與幽暗巷弄，到令人讚嘆的自然風光，感受香港的多元面貌與文化魅力。光影浪潮展映將以香港新浪潮導演方育平於1983年執導的經典修復作品《半邊人》作結。影片融合劇情與紀錄元素，靈感來自主演許素瑩的真實人生。同時，她將攜其另一部參演作品《從今以後》親臨里斯本，與《香港四徑大步走》導演 RobinLee、《虎毒不》導演陳小娟、《早鳥》導演蔡瑞琦、監製葉揚及《爸爸》剪輯石繕滎一同出席放映活動並介紹他們的作品。

The Blue Lotus Lisbon Association, in collaboration with the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society (HKIFFS), proudly presents the second edition of the Hong Kong Film Showcase: Making Waves — Navigators of Hong Kong Cinema. This programme is financially supported by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
It is at Cinema Ideal in Lisbon that, over four days, we will once again celebrate the magnificent cinematography of Hong Kong in Portugal.
Showcasing six feature-length fiction and documentary films, the program explores universal themes through distinct artistic and aesthetic perspectives that reflect both the realities and imaginations of life in Hong Kong. Audiences will experience a contemporary city of many faces — from the bustling streets and shadowed alleyways of urban Hong Kong to its breathtaking natural landscapes.
Making Waves closes with Ah Ying, the restored 1983 classic by leading Hong Kong New Wave director Allen Fong. Blending fiction and documentary, the film draws on the life of its lead actress, Hui So Ying who will personally attend the screening event in Lisbon, accompanied by another film All Shall Be Well in which she stars, together with RobinLee, Director of Four Trails, Oliver Chan Director of Montages of a Modern Motherhood, Rikki Choy Director and Miney Ye Producer of Never Too Late and Jojo Shek Editor of Papa for the presentation of their films.
